Amber Rutherford

Amber Rutherford is currently a Managing Director at Deloitte Tax LLP, where their practice focuses on Multistate Income and Franchise taxes, along with experience in Multistate sales and use taxes. Amber previously served as a Hearing Officer for the State of Tennessee from 2005 to 2007 and has held various roles at Deloitte since 2007, including Senior Manager and Tax Manager. Amber earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Sinclair Community College, a Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning from Wright State University, and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
