They previously held the role of National Diversity & Equity Leader, where they architected the first-ever Deloitte DEI Transparency Report and led Identity Transformation efforts. With experience as Integration Hub Lead on the Black Action Council and GPS Talent & Inclusion Leader, Amy focuses on empowering employees to reach their full potential. Amy earned a BBA in Business - Information Systems from Texas A&M University and has a background in consulting at EDS/A.T. Kearney Employee Ventures LP and Deloitte Consulting. In their personal time, they enjoy traveling, cooking, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
