Currently serving as Managing Director at Deloitte, Andrew delivers project and program management expertise in Federal Civilian Programs focusing on technology and systems integration. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at VMD Systems Integrators, where they achieved significant revenue growth and established a Health IT practice, and President of Brain Power Solutions. Andrew's educational background includes studies in Economics and Foreign Affairs at the University of Virginia, as well as an MBA in Finance and Management from George Mason University.
