Andrew Koay is currently the Director of the SEA Blockchain Lab at Deloitte Southeast Asia, a position they have held since 2019. Previously, Andrew worked as an Assistant Vice President at United Overseas Bank Limited and held various leadership roles in blockchain technology, including Vice President at SGX. In addition to their corporate experience, they served as a Teaching Fellow at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. Andrew began their career as a Senior Consultant in risk consulting at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. They completed their education at Curtin University of Technology from 1994 to 1997.
