Andrew Sims, CPA, has a diverse background in both the hospitality and audit sectors. Starting as a Bar Manager at Morgan's Mango from 2009 to 2012, Andrew was responsible for beverage ordering, inventory management, financial reconciliation, and staff training. After this, Andrew continued in a similar role at The Cottage from 2012 to 2014, where oversight of the bar, innovative cocktail design, and training with a focus on client relations were key responsibilities. Transitioning to the field of accounting, Andrew began as an Audit Intern at Deloitte, progressing through various levels to the current position of Audit Manager since May 2023. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Suffolk University, complemented by an Economics degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
