Andy Coticelli

Andy Coticelli is a Partner and Vice Chair at Deloitte UK, where they lead the Tax & Legal Clients and Markets strategy and Advisory propositions. Since 2024, they have worked with large UK Headquartered businesses, providing guidance on compliance process optimization, M&A, international expansion, and group restructurings, with a particular focus on the Consumer, Retail, and Health industries. Previously, from 2012 to 2018, they served as a Partner in International and Corporate Tax, overseeing the tax practice across Yorkshire and the North East and leading the national retail tax practice. Andy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Leeds, completed in 2000.
