Andy Heath

Andy Heath is a People & Purpose professional currently serving as the People & Purpose Director for Deloitte in the Middle East. With a robust background in HR consulting and line management, they have successfully overseen the expansion of the team from 400 to 1,500 employees across multiple regions since 2019. Prior to this role, Andy held various leadership positions, including Director of Organisational Development at the Special Projects Office of HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein and Head of Organisational Effectiveness & Performance at Aon. They hold a BA Hons in Business Studies & Applied Social Sciences from Canterbury Christ Church University and an MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University.
