Andy Pearson

Andy Pearson is a Director in Global Finance at Deloitte, focusing on worldwide technology finance and accounting. With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial planning, and business operations, they have established a proven record of delivering effective solutions to organizational challenges while fostering talent through coaching. Prior to Deloitte, they held various finance leadership roles at the Tennessee Valley Authority, Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, and The E.W. Scripps Company. Andy is also actively involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives as co-chair of Deloitte’s Hermitage EmpowereD council. They received a B.S. in Accounting from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
