They have held various roles, including Manager of Strategy and Analytics at Deloitte, where they have worked since 2022, and previously served as a Senior Consultant there from 2019 to 2022. Andy’s past positions include Policy Director at Alexi for Illinois and Chief Performance Officer at Cook County Government. They earned an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and hold a Master's degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science, where they graduated with distinction.
