Arthur Walker

Arthur Walker, Jr. is a highly accomplished Principal at Deloitte with inbound and outbound experience in M&A, strategic planning, and project management. With 24 years of legal, tax, and business expertise, they have provided strategic leadership and driven growth across multiple industries globally. Previously, Arthur served as Senior Vice President of Global Tax at Ocwen Financial Corporation, where they elevated the tax department's role within the organization and managed tax functions for four additional public companies. They were also an adjunct professor at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, teaching Corporate Taxation. Arthur holds a JD and LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a BSBA in Accounting and International Business from Georgetown University.
