Ayana Mackey

Ayana Mackey (nee Lewars) is a CPA and CCIFP currently serving as the Managing Director of Deloitte’s Engineering & Construction Studio at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Ayana has led large teams in executing high-quality audits for public and private companies, including those facing complex accounting challenges. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Emory University and are licensed to practice as a certified public accountant in Georgia and Florida. Outside of work, Ayana is dedicated to improving the lives of impoverished children and currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Jamaica Missions Impact Team, Inc. Ayana's previous experience includes roles as a Senior Manager at Deloitte from 2000 to 2022 and a brief tenure as a SOX Consultant at Intertape Polymer Group in 2014.
