Bess Milner

Bess Milner is a Strategy, Design, and Change Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where they have worked since 2024 as a Senior Manager, after serving as a Senior Consultant and Manager from 2018 to 2024. Prior to their current role, Bess was a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2013 to 2016 and spent time with Teach For America as the Managing Director of Alumni Community & Strategy from 2017 to 2018. Bess began their career as an Exhibits Intern at The Harry Ransom Center in 2010, assisting in the curation of a notable exhibit. They hold a Master's degree in Instructional Planning from Lipscomb University and a B.A. in History from The University of Texas at Austin.
