Beth Flores

Beth Flores is a strategist focused on enhancing mission-driven organizations through innovation, human-centered design, and entrepreneurial principles. They have held pivotal roles, including Managing Director at Deloitte, where they integrate design thinking and business strategy to address complex challenges for public sector clients. Previously, Beth served as a Program Manager and Presidential Management Fellow at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, leading initiatives on global security and innovation. They co-founded the Federal Innovators Network and have worked with various organizations to foster change and development. Beth holds dual MBA degrees from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
