Bill Berkeley

Bill Berkeley is a retired Managing Director at Deloitte, where they served as Deputy US CISO and Global Cyber Defense Leader, overseeing various aspects of information security, risk management, and operations since 2006. Prior to this role, Bill was Vice President at Wheat First Butcher Singer from 1995 to 1997, leading branch office deployments. Bill's career at Deloitte began in 1987, advancing from Manager to Senior Manager, where they held multiple national and regional technology leadership positions. Bill earned a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Industrial Psychology from Penn State University and studied structured programming at the Chubb Institute of Computer Technology.
