Brett Bailey

Brett Bailey, CFA, is a Partner at Deloitte specializing in real estate, investment management, and mortgage banking. They previously held the position of Vice President - Controller at Colony Capital, Inc. from 2011 to 2015, where they managed accounting and reporting for substantial investments, conducting fair value analyses and addressing complex accounting issues. Brett’s extensive experience at Deloitte has included various roles, leading to their current position, where they continue to focus on real estate clients. They earned a BS and MACC in Accounting from the University of Southern California, graduating in 2004.
