Brett Davis

Brett Davis is the US Chief Innovation Officer at Deloitte and General Manager of Converge by Deloitte, where they leverage over 20 years of experience in applying emerging technologies to address significant business and societal challenges. They currently oversee Deloitte’s innovation strategy and manage a $750M+ investment in developing new business platforms that ethically transform various industries, particularly in consumer, financial services, and healthcare sectors. Brett’s career began after leaving an MBA program to join a bioinformatics startup and has included leadership roles at IBM, Oracle, and the co-founding of ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte, which has positively impacted healthcare across 25 countries. In addition to their professional commitments, Brett serves on several advisory boards and is actively involved in family activities, sports, and enjoying time at Lewes Beach, Delaware.
