Brooke Sinclair is a passionate People & Culture Leader currently serving as the Director and Chief of Staff to the Culture and People Officer at Deloitte. With a strong focus on HR strategy and business transformation, Brooke designs and scales strategic HR initiatives that enhance organizational culture and improve the employee experience. Prior to this role, Brooke held various positions within Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice and contributed as a consultant at Rotman NeXus Consulting Group. Brooke obtained an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and is recognized for a relentless commitment to problem-solving and inclusive team building.
