Cain Hill

Cain Hill is currently the National Program Manager for Deloitte’s Australian Human Capital practice, where they focus on setting up central tracking for over 50 internal projects and formalizing accelerator templates. Previously, Cain served as the Chief of Staff for the Australian HR Technology Team at Deloitte, overseeing key initiatives and managing a two-year program of improvements. With extensive experience in HR technology and project management, they have collaborated with market leaders and supported various teams across sectors such as logistics, banking, telecommunications, and higher education. Cain holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Swinburne University, which provided a solid foundation in systems analysis, process design, and programming.
