Carmen Chan, CPA (Aust.), is a professional specializing in M&A Transaction Services and Financial Services. Carmen has held various roles across notable companies, including Deloitte and PwC, where they managed audits and financial performance analyses. With a strong background in marketing and project management, Carmen previously served as Marketing Manager at UQ Idea Hub and Editor-in-Chief at the A-Levels Yearbook Editorial Board of HELP University. An advocate for female empowerment and education equity, Carmen co-founded the initiative Yoga-To-Empower to support Teach For Malaysia. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from The University of Queensland and continue to be a member of CPA Australia.
