Carter Small is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, community outreach, and management. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick in 2019, Carter held various roles including Lifeguard at the City of Fredericton and Community Outreach Coordinator for the Canadian Safe Boating Council. Carter served as a Program Assistant for SHAD Canada, supporting youth in entrepreneurial projects, and interned at Énergie NB Power on the Alkali Aggregate Reaction project. As a co-founder of Vaxtech, Carter contributed to vaccine education initiatives in developing countries. Currently, as a Manager at Deloitte, Carter leads teams to address complex client challenges in IT managed services while having previously held the position of Chapter President with Engineers Without Borders Canada - UNB Chapter.
