Catherine Gallagher

Catherine Gallagher is an Associate Director at Deloitte with a focus on inclusive leadership and purpose-led transformation. With over a decade of experience in both delivery and people management, Catherine has led numerous complex projects, particularly in the financial services and energy sectors. Previously, they served as a Programme Administrator at the University of Southampton and worked at Boeing as a Programme Management Office Analyst. Catherine holds a BSc in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast and is currently responsible for early talent recruitment and development within Deloitte.
