Cathy Warner

Cathy Warner is a Partner at Deloitte Canada, where they serve as the National Leader of Audit & Assurance for Government & Public Service. With a career at Deloitte that began in 2006, Cathy previously held the roles of Partner and Regional Leader in Audit & Assurance, and was also the Managing Partner for Regina/Saskatchewan from 2010 to 2022. They have contributed to the organization's governance as a member of the Board of Directors and as Co-Chair of the Risk and Reputation Committee. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and has further distinguished themselves as a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant. Currently, they are pursuing Pro.Dir. certification at Brown Governance.
