Chloé Monot

Chloé Monot is a Senior Manager in Organization Strategy & Design at Deloitte, where they have co-led the Organization Design offering for over seven years, advising CXOs. Previously, Chloé held various consulting roles at Deloitte, including Senior Consultant and Manager. They also gained experience as an Internal Consultant Intern at GEODIS, contributing to post-merger integration projects in North America. Chloé is currently pursuing a degree in Design Thinking at EMY DIGITAL, building on their foundation from SKEMA Business School and other academic institutions.
