Chris Murray is a former City Manager of both Hamilton and Toronto, serving in leadership roles in these municipalities from 2009 to 2022. Currently, Chris holds positions as a Board Member with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, a Municipal Advisor at Deloitte, and a Special Advisor for the Federal Department of Housing, Infrastructure and Communities. Chris studied at Ryerson University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from 1987 to 1990.
