Chris Yoon is currently a Managing Director in Mergers and Acquisitions Tax at Deloitte, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, Chris served as a Managing Director at KPMG and held the role of Senior Manager in the same field. Chris also gained experience as a Senior Associate at PwC. Chris earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Syracuse University College of Law and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law from Georgetown University Law Center, following a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, San Diego.
