Crystal Cheng has a robust background in actuarial roles, beginning with internships at Aegon Direct & Affinity Marketing Services Asia Pacific and AXA in 2014 and 2015, respectively. Following these internships, Crystal gained further experience at Deloitte China as an Actuarial Intern, Actuarial Consultant, and Actuarial Analyst between June 2016 and July 2016. An internship at Manulife in early 2016 provided additional industry exposure, leading to a position at Prudential Hong Kong from November 2018 to April 2020, where Crystal advanced from Actuarial Associate to Senior Actuarial Associate. Most recently, Crystal served as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Capita from November 2021 to June 2023. Currently, Crystal holds a managerial role at Deloitte in the London Area, having transitioned to this position in June 2025. Crystal Cheng graduated with a BBA in Insurance, Financial and Actuarial Analysis from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2016, complemented by a brief academic experience in Finance at University College Dublin in 2015.
