Daniel Tomescu is a Forensic Manager at Deloitte, where they lead the eDiscovery practice within the Forensic offering. With more than five years of experience in eDiscovery and Computer Forensics, Daniel has worked across various industries, including aerospace and insurance, assisting organizations with regulatory enforcement and compliance matters. Previously, they served as Chief Compliance Officer at SSIF Equity Invest SA and held roles in compliance at multiple financial institutions. Daniel is a Certified Data Protection Officer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
