Daniela Luján

Daniela Luján is an experienced talent acquisition and organizational development professional with a strong background in recruiting for various industries. From October 2019 to June 2021, Daniela worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Profit & Talent, focusing on recruitment and evaluation of administrative and executive profiles nationwide. Prior to that, from May 2017 to October 2019, Daniela served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Totum Talent, responsible for pre-screening candidates and maintaining a network to source qualified talent. Since July 2021, Daniela has held dual roles at Deloitte, overseeing recruitment for entry-level and managerial positions across the Northern region and managing talent development initiatives aimed at enhancing key organizational competencies. Daniela holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and is currently pursuing a Master's in Labor and Organizational Psychology at the same institution.
