Dave Bouve

Dave Bouve has a proven record in executing all areas of Human Capital Strategy, including recruiting, personnel management, and leadership development. After serving for over 25 years in the Navy as a retired Captain, Dave commands extensive experience in executive briefings and public speaking. As the Navy's Chief Marketing Officer, they led the successful Forged by the Sea brand campaign and commanded a helicopter squadron in Japan and a helicopter wing in San Diego, achieving record operational performance and exceptional morale rates. Currently, Dave serves on the Board of Directors for the Conrad Foundation and holds the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte.
