David Navarro is a seasoned project manager, change manager, and service manager with over 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, David has successfully managed sensitive projects using agile/scrum and other methodologies. They hold a master's degree in law, postgraduate diplomas in project management and international relations, and are currently pursuing courses at MIT focused on future energy systems.
