David Spira

David Spira is a recently retired Managing Director from Deloitte Consulting, where they specialized in climate, energy, water, and public-private partnerships. They led significant projects for international development organizations, including USAID, directing initiatives in Nepal, Southeast Asia, Vietnam, and West Africa. Prior to Deloitte, David held roles at BearingPoint and International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc., contributing to various USAID-funded projects across multiple countries. David earned a B.A.S. in Biochemistry and Russian Language from the University of California, Davis.
