David Stark retired from Deloitte in June 2024 after a distinguished career that began in 1993. They joined Deloitte as a Partner and later became the Managing Director of Reorganisation Services in the Middle East, having transferred from the UK to Dubai in 2011. David specialized in business and financing strategies, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds. They held a joint Honors degree in economics and management science from the University of St Andrews and are a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
