Davin O'Regan, PhD, has extensive experience in research and program management in the fields of international security, civil-military relations, and socio-economic policy. Notable positions include serving as a Program Associate for the Civil-Military Initiative for Africa at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, a Senior Program Officer at the United States Institute of Peace leading multi-country research initiatives, and a Research Associate at the Africa Center for Strategic Studies focusing on stability and conflict challenges in Africa.
