Dawn Grantham

Dawn Grantham is the Head of Talent and Learning Operations at Deloitte, where they focus on capability development and enhancing learner experiences to align learning with improved business performance. With a strong commercial background, Dawn has previously held roles at AkzoNobel as a Learning & Development Business Partner and at Bupa as a Learning Business Partner, where they specialized in performance consulting and sales capability. Dawn's experience also includes leadership development and managing high-performing teams at Johnson & Johnson, alongside significant contributions to learning strategies and continuous development initiatives. They are currently pursuing the CIM Advanced Certificate at Loughborough College while holding a BA in Modern European Studies from The Nottingham Trent University.
