Declan Jackson

Declan Jackson is currently the Director, Head of Corporate Affairs at Deloitte Ireland, where they lead public affairs and communications strategies across diverse sectors. With a career that includes roles as Director of Government Affairs at Insurance Ireland and Leinster Director for Fianna Fáil, Declan has demonstrated significant expertise in strategic audience engagement and crisis communications. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in History from the University of Limerick and an Executive MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, alongside an M.Phil in History from University College Cork. Declan’s early career included experience as a Purchasing Manager at Keohane & Co Construction and a Director with the Irish Beverage Council.
