They interned at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd. in 2010 and held multiple roles at Deloitte from 2015 to 2018, progressing from Analyst to Senior Analyst and ultimately to Executive Manager. Dipika began their career in client acquisition at Kotak Wealth Management from 2008 to 2009. They hold a B.Com. in Accounting from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai University, and a PGDBM in Human Resources & Insurance and Risk Management from the International School of Business and Media, Pune.
