Donna Huggard is an experienced professional in tax policy and analysis, with a career spanning several prestigious organizations. Starting as a Tax Policy Analyst and advancing to Senior Tax Policy Analyst at Inland Revenue NZ from July 1991 to July 1997, Donna later served as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Justice - New Zealand from July 1997 to March 1999.
