Doug Macklam

Doug Macklam is an Associate Director in the Reward practice at Deloitte LLP, where they work in the executive compensation team. With over 17 years of experience, Doug has collaborated with a variety of organizations to design and implement remuneration strategies for senior management. Their client base includes listed companies from FTSE 100 to AIM, as well as private and mutual organizations. Doug's expertise encompasses remuneration strategy planning and design, the development of incentive frameworks, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and benchmarking. They hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Bath and a PhD in Electrochemistry from the University of Warwick.
