Doug Rand

Doug Rand is a Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, specializing in sustainability reporting, SEC reporting, and IPOs. Currently based in Deloitte’s National Office in Washington D.C., Rand consults on technical accounting and reporting matters, reviews SEC filings, and advises clients on various transactions. They have experience across multiple industries, including industrial production, aerospace and defense, and technology, and have worked in several Deloitte offices, including Atlanta, Cleveland, Chicago, and Luxembourg. Rand holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.
