Drew Gaputis is a Principal within Deloitte Consulting's Retail and Consumer Products practice, focusing on delivering top-line growth and margin expansion at consumer companies through large-scale commercial transformations. Previously, Drew served as an Equity Research Associate at Davenport & Company LLC, where they were the youngest research analyst in the firm, covering over 20 companies in the Consumer Goods and Media sectors. Drew is passionate about mentoring junior staff and developing strong teams. They are currently pursuing a B.A. in Economics at Washington and Lee University and an MBA in Consulting and General Management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
