Ed Mullen is currently the Assistant General Counsel at Deloitte, where they provide legal expertise. Previously, Ed served as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley and worked as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Shearman & Sterling LLP from 2011 to 2017.
