They served as the Global Leader for FCPA Consulting Services at Deloitte from 1999 to the present and previously worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York from 1989 to 1997. Ed earned a JD in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 1981 to 1984.
