Ed Smith

Ed Smith is a seasoned professional in sustainability and climate governance, currently serving as a Senior ESG Consultant at Deloitte. With a Master of Science in International Development from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in History and Politics from the University of York, Ed has built a diverse background encompassing risk management and ethical value chains. Previous roles include positions as a Corporate Social Responsibility Researcher at NQC and a Governance and Ethics Consultant at Deloitte, alongside leadership in advocacy for refugee rights as York Chair for Student Action for Refugees. Ed also contributed to journalistic inclusivity as Deputy Comment Editor for the University of York's student paper.
