Eli Charney

Eli Charney is a seasoned Future of Work Consultant currently at Deloitte, following a progressive career in human resources across various industries. They held roles at Canadian Tire, where they supported employee relations and contributed to HR policies, and GE, where they focused on recruitment processes and training for the “Brilliant Factory.” Eli also served as HR Business Partner at GE Transportation and is currently a Global HRBP and HR M&A Leader at Wabtec Corporation. They hold a Master's in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources from Ryerson University and an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from eCornell.
