Ellen Baez

Ellen Baez, PMP, is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they currently lead a team for a county government’s ARPA SLFRF initiative, overseeing 114 projects totaling $130 million. They previously served as an Emergency Management Specialist at FEMA, managing grant processes and enhancing community recovery strategies. Ellen has held various roles in communications and project management, including Communications Manager at Project Renaissance and Regional Field Director for Karl Dean’s gubernatorial campaign. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and have experience with the Peace Corps as an Education and Youth Advisor.
