Ellen Derrick

Ellen Derrick is a transformation executive with over 25 years of experience in guiding governments and public institutions toward impactful policy outcomes. Currently serving as Deloitte’s Asia-Pacific Government & Public Services Leader, they design technology-enabled transformations to enhance citizen services and institutional strength. Ellen previously held the role of Managing Partner at Deloitte Consulting in Australia, where they directed a $1B+ business and oversaw significant growth initiatives. They also serve as Chair of batyr and as a Board Member of the Corporate Mental Health Alliance of Australia, advocating for diversity, inclusion, and mental health in the workplace. Ellen holds a B.A. in Government and Business and an MBA in Management, both obtained from Colby College and the Australian Graduate School of Management, respectively.
