Ellen Hendrickx

Ellen Hendrickx is currently the Chief of Staff at Deloitte Belgium, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as HR Manager at Deloitte Belgium from 2021 to 2025, acting as a business partner and managing various HR processes. Ellen's early career at Deloitte included roles as a Management Assistant, Senior HR Officer, HR Assistant, and HR Officer between 2009 and 2011. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Office Management with a focus on Human Resources from Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen and have also completed advanced studies in Human Resources Management and Social Law at EHSAL Management School.
