Emi Kono is currently a Talent & Learning Leader at Deloitte Asia Pacific, specializing in international and transaction tax services. Previously, Kono held various leadership positions, including Tax Partner at Ernst & Young and Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co., where Kono was involved with the Japan Business Services Tax Network and Global Tax Services. With a strong foundation in international tax, Kono has contributed significantly to well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives during their tenure at Deloitte. Kono served as a member of the Deloitte Japan Executive Committee, showcasing their leadership in family consulting services as well.
