Emma Dean

Emma Dean is a dedicated accountancy student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Gies College of Business, expected to graduate in 2025. Emma has gained valuable experience through various internships, including a recent Audit Intern position at Plante Moran in early 2024, an Audit and Assurance Assistant role at Deloitte scheduled for late 2025 to mid-2024, and an Accounting Intern at Beacon Hospital during summer 2023. Additionally, Emma actively participated in the Women in Finance Academy from December 2021 to May 2023, which further emphasizes a commitment to professional development and networking. Emma also studied business at University College Dublin in 2023 and holds a high school diploma from Oak Park & River Forest High School, earned in 2021.
