Ephraim Davidowitz

Ephraim Davidowitz has extensive experience in legal and tax advisory roles within both the healthcare and financial services sectors. From January 2003 to October 2010, Ephraim served as Legal Counsel at Roosevelt Island Medical Associates, where responsibilities included corporate compliance, litigation monitoring, and service agreement negotiations. After that, Ephraim worked at Cantor Fitzgerald as Tax Director - Controversies from April 2016 to June 2017, managing tax authority matters and the controversy resolution process. Subsequently, Ephraim joined Deloitte as Managing Director of Tax Controversy Services and Global Information Reporting, overseeing a team specializing in tax controversy services and global reporting. Ephraim also previously held a managerial position at Deloitte, providing tax planning and advisory services to clients in financial services and life sciences.
